O entendimento do rol da energia na estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da sociedade em base hist\u00f3rica.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; A an\u00e1lise de alternativas para satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os energ\u00e9ticos, considerando as op\u00e7\u00f5es de oferta e de racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do uso, visando \u00e0 minimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos e dos impactos ambientais e sociais. Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos determinantes econ\u00f4micos, t\u00e9cnicos e sociais dos usos da energia. Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o do potencial de racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o no uso da energia.
