Se\u00e7\u00e3o VII<\/strong>
Da Nova Matr\u00edcula<\/strong><\/p>\n

Artigo 50<\/strong> – O aluno desligado sem a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de defesa do Mestrado ou do Doutorado e que for aprovado em novo processo seletivo ter\u00e1 seu reingresso considerado como nova matr\u00edcula.<\/p>\n

§ 1º – Considera-se desligamento, para fins do caput<\/em> deste artigo, a ocorr\u00eancia de um dos casos citados no art. 49 deste Regimento<\/a>.
§ 2º – A solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de nova matr\u00edcula dever\u00e1 ser instru\u00edda com os seguintes documentos:
I – justificativa do interessado;
II – anu\u00eancia do orientador;
III – plano de trabalho aprovado pelo orientador;
IV – hist\u00f3rico escolar do antigo curso.
§ 3º – A documenta\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser acompanhada de manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da CCP apoiada em parecer circunstanciado, emitido por um relator por ela designado, e aprovado pela CPG.
§ 4º – A nova matr\u00edcula dever\u00e1 ser efetivada pela CPG no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 60 dias, contados a partir da data do pedido.
§ 5º – O interessado, cuja solicita\u00e7\u00e3o for aprovada, ser\u00e1 considerado aluno novo. Consequentemente, dever\u00e1 cumprir todas as exig\u00eancias a que est\u00e3o sujeitos os alunos ingressantes, podendo aproveitar os cr\u00e9ditos cursados nos \u00faltimos 36 meses, a crit\u00e9rio do orientador.<\/p>\n
