Artigo 75<\/strong> – O candidato ao t\u00edtulo de Mestre ou de Doutor deve escolher um orientador, mediante aquiesc\u00eancia deste, de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o organizada anualmente pela CCP.<\/p>\n

§ 1º – Os alunos de Mestrado ou Doutorado dever\u00e3o estar vinculados a um orientador durante todo o per\u00edodo do curso.
§ 2º – \u00c9 vedado que parente em linha reta ou colateral at\u00e9 o quarto grau seja orientador de aluno.<\/p>\n

Artigo 76<\/strong> – Os alunos ingressantes podem permanecer inicialmente sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica do Coordenador de Programa.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico – Esse tipo de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser limitado ao prazo m\u00e1ximo de cento e oitenta dias e n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerada no limite m\u00e1ximo de alunos do Coordenador de Programa, conforme o disposto no § 2º do art. 77.<\/p>\n

Artigo 77<\/strong> – Ao aluno \u00e9 facultada a mudan\u00e7a de orientador, com anu\u00eancia do orientador atual e do novo orientador, com aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da CCP.<\/p>\n

§ 1º – N\u00e3o havendo concord\u00e2ncia dos orientadores e nem solu\u00e7\u00e3o pela CCP, a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser julgada pela CPG.
§ 2º – Em car\u00e1ter excepcional, caber\u00e1 ao Coordenador de Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o assumir a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o do aluno, a qual n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 considerada no seu limite m\u00e1ximo de alunos por orientador, conforme o disposto no par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 76.<\/p>\n

Artigo 78<\/strong> – Ao orientador \u00e9 facultado abdicar da orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de aluno, com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de justificativa circunstanciada, que deve ser aprovada pela CCP e pela CPG.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico – Neste caso, durante a transfer\u00eancia de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, o atual orientador continua respons\u00e1vel pela orienta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
