Do Coorientador<\/strong><\/p>\n

Artigo 81<\/strong> – A CPG pode aprovar, por proposta da CCP, um ou mais coorientadores para o aluno regularmente matriculado.<\/p>\n

§ 1º – A fun\u00e7\u00e3o do coorientador \u00e9 complementar a atua\u00e7\u00e3o do orientador na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de aluno de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
§ 2º – O coorientador dever\u00e1 ser portador, no m\u00ednimo, do t\u00edtulo de doutor. Em casos excepcionais, quando previsto em seu Regulamento, a CCP poder\u00e1 propor, mediante justificativa circunstanciada, o credenciamento como coorientador, de docente externo \u00e0 USP n\u00e3o portador do t\u00edtulo de doutor com reconhecida forma\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica, comprovada mediante t\u00edtulos, trabalhos e publica\u00e7\u00f5es. A proposta dever\u00e1 ser aprovada por maioria da CPG e da CaC e, por maioria absoluta, pela Congrega\u00e7\u00e3o e pelo CoPGr.
§ 3º – O credenciamento do coorientador ser\u00e1 espec\u00edfico para um aluno, n\u00e3o implicando credenciamento pleno junto ao Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o.
§ 4º – O n\u00famero m\u00e1ximo de coorienta\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e1 dez, respeitado o limite de quinze para a soma de orienta\u00e7\u00f5es e coorienta\u00e7\u00f5es por orientador. A CCP poder\u00e1 estabelecer limites m\u00e1ximos inferiores aos estabelecidos neste par\u00e1grafo.
§ 5º – O credenciamento de coorientador dever\u00e1 ser encaminhado \u00e0 CCP pelo orientador, com anu\u00eancia do aluno, no m\u00e1ximo at\u00e9 oitenta por cento do prazo regulamentar do Mestrado ou do Doutorado estabelecido no Regulamento do Programa. Essa solicita\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser deliberada pela CCP em at\u00e9 noventa dias.<\/p>\n

Artigo 82<\/strong> – Docente ou pesquisador vinculado a Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino e Pesquisa do exterior, portador do t\u00edtulo de Doutor, que participe efetivamente na supervis\u00e3o de aluno, pode ser credenciado como orientador ou coorientador do respectivo aluno, sem a necessidade de equival\u00eancia ou reconhecimento do t\u00edtulo de Doutor.<\/p>\n

Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico – Nestes casos n\u00e3o se aplica o prazo disposto no § 5º do art. 81.<\/p>\n
