Trata-se de um item obrigat\u00f3rio nos trabalhos acad\u00eamicos e deve ser elaborada pelo Servi\u00e7o de Biblioteca do IEE-USP. Ser\u00e1 confeccionada em at\u00e9 3 dias \u00fateis e encaminhada por e-mail.
